We are now in the Fourth Spiritual Month of Tammuz. See my Facebook post on July 4th where I explain the Significance of the Hebrew Gematria of the number 4. (so you know the Hebrew alphabet does not have any numbers. It is a pictorial language and each letter represents number(s) or a picture frame or filmstrip)
Each Biblical Spiritual month of our Father’s Adonai Calendar represents a Tribe of Israel. This month is the Tribe of Reuben. The Strength and Weaknesses of Reuben are to understand for each one of us our spiritual journey with Yeshua, King Jesus.
Watch This:
1. Rueben was the first born of Jacob (Israel) by Leah. Genesis 49:3a Jacob blessed Him with…”My might and the beginning of my strength, The excellency of dignity and the excellency of power.
But because He was unstable, turbulent, and ruled with eyes of the flesh, in Genesis 35 he committed adultery and slept with His Father’s concubine.
2. This caused Him to lose the Privileges of His Birth Rite as the First Born.
a. He lost the Priesthood-being the mediator between God and
His family
b. He lost his Birth rite, being the head representation for His
His family and lineage.
c. He Lost the Kingdom-The First Born inheritance for His
family and the House of the Tribe of Reuben for
generations.
So, what is the application for us this month? Reuben was circumstance driven not Spirit driven. He operated out of His soulish realm of emotions, feelings, and hurt.
This is the month, Tammuz for us to take a stand against the eyes of the flesh and the lust of life. If we tend to be a person that have highs and lows. Double minded and tend to speak with murmuring and complaining this is the month to allow Holy Spirit’s work to cleanse the blood line through Yeshua, King Jesus. HOW?
This is the month to CHOOSE WORSHIP OVER COMPLAINING!
This is the month to CHOOSE REPENTANCE OVER REBELLION!
This is the month to CHOOSE TO SPEAK LIFE AND NOT DEATH!
This is the month to CHOSE TO SEE WITH YOUR GOOD EYE, to see what the Spirit is saying and doing.
Our eyes are the gateway to our heart. What you focus on will be what you follow and your heart believes.
Proverbs 4:20-21, My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings.
21 Do not let them depart from your eyes;
Keep them in the midst of your heart;
Philippians 4:7, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
May the Blessing of the Redeeming Love of Yeshua give you the power to live by God’s Holy Ghost/Spirit during this month.
Father God, Sir, I ask that you cleanse my bloodline of all murmuring and complaining, doubt and fear, and operating out of my soulish realm with my emotions. Cleanse me and make me whole that I receive my inheritance of the First Born which was given to me and paid for by the death, burial, and resurrection of Yeshua, King Jesus, Amen!
