Do the heavens speak prophetically? Do things in the News have a Prophetic voice?

According to Psalm 19:1-6 it does, ”The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork. Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge. There is no speech nor language Where their voice is not heard. Their line has gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun, Which is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, And rejoices like a strong man to run its race. Its rising is from one end of heaven, And its circuit to the other end; And there is nothing hidden from its heat.”

This pic of the Heavenly Parade (see below) showed up on June 24, 2022 the same day SCOTUS ruled Roe vs Wade was unconstitutional and sent it to the states.

This happened during Gay Pride month and ALL the Hedonistic Gay, Lesbian, and Trans parades. I believe God is saying in the Heavenlies there is a Divine, God kind of Parade! Glory!

It is spoken of ancient Rabbinical sages the covenant Rainbow God gave Noah that He would never flood the earth again was a full circle Rainbow like a portal or window over the earth. Back in that day God cut Covenant by splitting the sacrifice in two and walking in the middle of both sides. Thus why we here on earth see only half of the Covenant Promise, horizon to horizon.

This Heavenly Parade showed up on 6/24/22 and was a 5-4 decision of SCOTUS.
